Sarah Crotty was appointed to represent my daughter through the court for guardianship with mental health authority. She really has focused on being the best representative for my daughter. She has fought for her rights as well as reached out to her numerous times to let her know she was there to help with any questions she might have. When my daughter eloped from a group home, Sarah Crotty went to help calm and represent my daughter. She has played a vital role in helping educate us on the guardianship process. Without her guidance and knowledge this whole process would have been much more daunting.
Sarah has been handling our trust and I wish we had picked a different attorney. She's extremely rude on the phone, when she even answers which is rare. She misses court appointed deadlines to submit paperwork, she won't respond to emails or letters. I've worked with many attorneys and she's by far the worst. Her communication skills are the worst I have ever encountered. If you have a trust, I'd stay as far away from her as possible.
This woman is insane. She is currently being reviewed by the state bar for accepting a case from a con man. The con man took his brother out of a nursing home to swindle his money by trying to grift power of attorney with Denice Shepherd who didn't accept the original POA already granted to another family member years ago.

Sarah is a very rude and unprofessional lawyer. She is bias and hold faviortism towards others. She has even been witnessed by nursing staff at hospitals being rude and unpatient with her client. She needs to find another line of work or RETIRE.
Denice Shepherd, Sarah Crotty aka Shepherd Law firm turns people into the poor house then "volunteers" to help. Denice bullies her on peers. Robs families blind - volunteer to appear to help. Scammer!
Do not let Denice or her firm near your family estate or you will be her next victim, needing Pro Bono from an attorney with ethics!
