Always quickly responded to my various legal needs professionally and thoroughly.
Support staff frequently lost documents. Had to resubmit several times. Communications from adversarial attorney not always forwarded in a timely manner. Was not always on top of issues that could have benefited me in pretrial settlement conference. In general Mr. Jaszewski is a qualified, competent attorney, but he could put more effort into going the extra mile for his clients.
Joining WORST Lawyer Club. Had free consultation and wasn't impressed by his knowledge. Highly emotional from a death in family/ false charges against me. He took advantage of my emotional state by stating charges were serious. He wanted money right after consultation and when I said I was broke, he said borrow from friends/family. Paid $2500.00 and all help STOPPED. Got me a Bench Warrant from the Judge for his No Show at Court. 8 mns no answers on evidence, I got in 5 mins. FIRED!
Mr. Jaszewski Is the worst and most incompetent lawyer anyone could ever hire. I hired him to represent me during my contentious divorce because he assured me that he would aggressively represent me. Mr. Jaszewski Was never prepared, never followed through with his promises and did not ever return phone calls. I don’t think he even did any work. The worst part was that Mr. Jaszewski was only consistent in making sexual advances towards me. Do not hire this lawyer. You will be sorry.
Worst attorney ever. I've never seen an attorney lose every point in a divorce case. Unprepared, never cited law and I got stuck paying his bill and my ex's attorney bill. Every subsequent lawyer I saw said I was poorly represented.
This is THE WORST LAWYER IN TUCSON, probably the entire universe. My ex husband and I are good friends and realized the marriage just wasn't working. The whole reason we are still in this process is because of this "so called law firm.". They misspell things along the entire process on PURPOSE to drag out the process. They get paid by the hour. Enough said there... Also be careful. Make you sign contracts so you're stuck with him.
