Judge Assini really listens to the facts. I was afraid for my life. I knew if I was convicted of contempt, I would loose my job. (After already loosing almost everything else) I was abused by my ex-boyfriend, who then filed a restraining order against me. I was thrown out of my house. Everything I owned was in that house, and I had Zero rights to retrieve any of my belongings. After SEVERAL attempts to go with a police officer “To preserver the peace” (my ex-was evading a stop and arrest) My ex was arrested. I went to the initial appearance, where I tried to explain to the judge, that my ex would not let me get so much as a jacket from the house. She ordered my ex to “Find a new residence” And clearly stated Ok, when I told her I wanted him removed, so that I could get my belongings. I did go to the house to retrieve my belongings. I had NO idea that one judge, could not override another’s judges order. Assani heard the facts, and found me, NOT in contempt. He is fair

Assini helped her client gain illegal control of an enterprise by using TRO and withholding salary so she can force others into pro se. Assini has showed a pattern of crime within these 10 years this case has been going on by using her clients crimes and the evidence provided to her against others so she can maintain control illegally of family law court by keeping truths from the case judge. having me illegally removed twice. Wife is an attorney representing some bad people and her husband is the judge in the case. They never set a hearing date and I was only supposed to be gone for 30 days. Assini uses TRO to manipulate the court and lies turning her clients crimes on others. They even went as far as to put in false evidence and unsigned affidavits in court just to abuse others including a minor child. we all know the only way she got a pe3tition without signed affidavits or affidavits in support is from john. No one in their right mind would but him. Attorney general will help us

John Assini is an incompetent misogynist. He is known, from my case & others, for giving parenting rights to male abusers, & perpetuating dv throughout the divorce cases against mothers. He also denied me right to alimony, despite being PERMANENTLY DISABLED FROM ABUSE! (I had two psychologists testify that I was disabled & cannot qualify for federal disability bc of history of marriage, that assumes alimony). He pretended my ex husband setting me up to get false DV charges counted as me being a CO- perpetuater of domestic violence, even AFTER I showed him a video of my ex ADMITTING that he had been setting me up with self inflicted injuries, as part of his coercive control, & to terrorize my son and I! He let the court cover for the bribes my ex paid the child advocate, that was supposed to care about my son, but instead only cared about my ex, who paid her off! John Assini is incompetent & corrupt, he couldn't apply reason, common sense, or ANY of my basic human or disability rights!
