After fighting with the insurance company over 1 1/2 years, Joel had the issue resolved in two months. The opposing side did not know what hit them and honestly neither did I. Joel attacked the problem swiftly with filings that required the opposition to respond uncovering their 'bad faith'. Joel acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism at every step. His confidence and comfort at the settlement hearing with the Judge and opposing counsel set the tone for success. Amazing.
