Run don't walk. Hiring Jennifer Manzi and her team was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Right in our initial meeting, she told me her last client said she "did nothing" for them. That should have been my cue to run—but I didn’t, and she repeated the same pattern with me. Her office committed a massive privacy breach by sending me another client’s completed legal paperwork, which included their Social Security number, bank account details, and birthdate. Completely unacceptable. The only thing I was supposed to receive in my divorce was $1,000and even that wasn’t included in the final decree. There was no discovery, and I walked away from everything. My ex’s lawyer was aggressive and relentless, and Jennifer allowed him to dominate the entire process without pushback. To make things worse, their accounting rep consistently sent, incorrect invoices including charges for items that had already been paid. I had to review every single invoice thoroughly. I never felt protected!
