About J.C. Patrascioiu

While born in San Diego, J.C. Patrascioiu is essentially a native of Tucson, having lived there since the age of 1. Mr. Patrascioiu attended the University of Arizona where he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Economics in 2001. Mr. Patrascioiu then earned his law degree from the University of Arizona in 2006.

Immediately following law school, Mr. Patrascioiu prosecuted violent offenses for the Pima County Attorney's Office for nearly 6 years, focusing on gun and gang crimes. In that time, Mr. Patrascioiu successfully tried over 70 felony-level jury trials, including several homicides. Mr. Patrascioiu has practiced in the area of insurance defense and personal injury since 2012, and has successfully tried several civil jury trials and arbitrations.

Mr. Patrascioiu is also a local soccer referee, officiating games for both the high school and collegiate levels, as well as adult recreational leagues. He is currently Vice President of the Tucson Defense Bar Association.

Hired Attorney

Our case began in 2022 and just closed in 2024. There were some very difficult moments but we are beyond thrilled to finally hear, that this case against us has been officially closed. We are so grateful for J.C's expertise, kindness and willingness to take on our case. At the beginning of our case, he reached out to our home insurance, asking them to provide counsel before the deadline was up for a response. His advice advice during the deposition with very intimidating tactics from the opposing attorneys, helped us tremendously. His character is calm, patient yet with such an effective demeaner. We can not express how blessed and grateful we are to have found him and all the associates in the firm including Jennifer, his paralegal. She was so kind and compassionate with us. We award JC the most positive reviews and recommend him to everyone! He is simply one of the best in Tucson! He is competent, capable and professional.
