Dawn Wyland is a judge operating in Tucson courts and is ready for duty to assist Matt Walker, Tucson City prosecutor and bride, Shannon Walker of the U of A school of law. This "Judge" Wyland, if that's you Dawn, has a full mail box and won't answer the phone after a video dropped last night where she believed the lying sad face of Shannon Walker and issued an injunction of harassment against Lane Myers who left Shannon a voicemail. That's it! A phone message on her work phone. This Judge even apologized the Shannon after she told her fairy tale of harassment... to her work phone. Wyland somehow found a series of events to tie together so she could issue this disgusting piece of law so Matt Walker could get him arrested. This lady is trash at law. If you don't know someone in the system, she cannot help you file false charges. Please answer your office phone so I can talk to you. Thank you!
I would not recommend this attorney. Getting documents to her is a hassle & she drifts into unrelated phone conversations and still bills for the time. She’s easily offended and made my case more contentious during an already vulnerable time. After incorrect paperwork in court was given, she suggested fixing it “during trial” — an unnecessary cost. She even told me my opponent knew the law better, which hardly inspires confidence. For the high fees, I expected competence and professionalism, but didn’t get it. When I expressed my concerns to her more than once, her last words were, “I am sorry you feel that way.” If I wasn’t in a bind, I would have let her go from the start but already I paid the 5k retainer fee & I hoped to make it work. Expensive & not worth it. Do your research because I didn’t.
