Worst attorney ever. Lazy as hell. Doesn’t respond to motions. Does not let you talk in meetings to tell him your whole case and story. He just thinks he can wing things without preparation. That’s dangerous. Does not expedite litigation. Didn’t show up to all hearings as promised, left me to defend myself as a victim two times. Didn’t let my witnesses be heard and just ignored my requests to make time for them. Red flag! Never subpoenaed anything like I asked him to. Didn’t allow me to sign off on filings. Made very bad suggestions in court that only hurt me. Just pocketed my money to pay off his mountain of debts. He even withdrew without notice before a hearing. He is an unorganized mess of a lawyer. Tells you he is experienced but clearly acts very unprofessional. He should immediately retire or be suspended. Research this guy. Bad choice for a lawyer. He is the absolute worst lawyer in Tucson. Do not hire him for divorce or anything criminal. He only cares for your money!
