In my experience with this lawyer, there was no need for a prosecutor. Mr. Kimminau did absolutely nothing to defend me, refused to file any motions I requested and had no intentions of taking my case anywhere but to a plea offer. This is the worst defense attorney I've ever seen. I would recommend representing yourself over having him as your lawyer, and someone representing themselves has a fool for a client. I'd rather look like a fool than spend another minute with this man on my side of the table. It's obvious he's just getting a paycheck and has no interest in putting in any work. He should retire. How he can call himself a defense attorney is astounding and offensive to those who actually spend time with their clients and do whatever possible to defend them. Some clients are even innocent, imagine that. This man just wants to preach to you instead of listening to you. He is a narcissist by definition. If you're looking for a criminal defense attorney, keep looking.
