Hired Attorney

My wife and I used Brendans services in the 2020-2021 time frame and were severly dissapointed and put in harms way leagaly due to his mishandling of a number of legal issues. So much so, that we were eventually so concerned and in fear of the mishandlings we had to seek out a new Lawyer, fire Brendan Burns and have our new representation solicit the Court to Back-Up the process and grant us the time needed for new Councel to properly represent us and refile much of what Brendan neglected or did in error. Luckily the Court agreed and did sanction Burns for his failures and errors which actually caused him to loose his license for 6 months. We were forced to redo much of the process by 2-3 months and pay the new attorney to get up to speed and file things properly, so about another $20K in costs and much added time. He was a smooth talker, but failed so badly after just a few months.
