Bogutz & Gordon, P.C. is a law firm established in 1984 with an office in Tucson, AZ. At this office location, there are 6 lawyers practicing elder law, fiduciary law, estate planning; estate administration and 6 other areas of law.
I hired these attorneys when my husband was found to have Alzheimer's disease in the 80's. I had no other family in town and they became my family. They had a nurse on staff to help with medical questions and helped me to place my husband when I needed this service. They were always there for me. I just felt that I was not alone.
Personable, knowledgeable about Arizona law and city of Tucson, discussed employment potential of our daughter in a new city and state to us. Professional work; excellent communication skills; good references from neighbors in our area. Helped us plan our wills (estate) according to our personal needs and wishes with good advice.

I was disappointed in the ability of the firm, which had no idea of how to help me. Their communication between associates lacked coordination requiring providing the same information twice. Responses were quite slow. On numerous occasions I had to perform follow-up to obtain a status/response. I found the quality of service lacking as the firms edits after my feedback required subsequent edits. I was not impressed with the value for the service.
He is a nice man, a kind man, he listened but he had no idea of how to help me in what was a time of great need for me.{para}My Estate Planning Documents were done in his place of business.
