(magna cum laude) at the University of Arizona College of Law, where he was an editor for the Arizona Law Review. He is a Member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Rotary Club of Tucson, and the Pima County Bar Association. He writes and lectures frequently and is active in numerous community organizations including currently serving on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona, Inc. Member: Pima County Bar Association; State Bar of Arizona (Past Chair, Member, Estate and Trust Advisory Commission for the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization); (Member, State Bar of Arizona Probate and Trust Law Executive Council); Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council; National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
