Very professional. Took the time to explain all of our options and best course of action. Answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
4 years and $156,000 in legal expenses + the original $200k in construction damage. We won the trial, was awarded only $18k. Sheri, our attorney from the firm, her court room presentation skills were so poor that she misspoke & misquoted to the point she lost the jury and towards the end of the trial she almost caused a mistrial when she let the cat out of the bag that insurance was involved.
never contacted me or kept me informed. had to constantly call his office to find out status of case.
never knew what was going on with my case. attorney nevere contacted me . i constantly had to contact his office to find out what was going on.
constantly had to call to get routine information. had to call constantly to get status checks. ability to communicate with client was pitiful.
Mr. McManus is NOT truthful. Told us our bill was so exorbitant because defendant run up bill with phone calls. He should have been able to succinctly curb these calls. He then said he discussed this with us~ LIAR! He is NOT a truthful person, just in it for the money. Plus he is a deacon in his church! REALLY!!!!
