This man is clearly on the side of the attorneys who use his services most. That would be attorneys who defend contractors. George was not concerned with truth and fairness, Obviously, he favored those that routinely put money in his pocket. There was an enormous amount of clear evidence that pooved neglegence, but George ignored the evidence, including audio. He did not look at the entirety of the issues. Only focused on the contractors argument with an obvious and blatant bias. If you are an owner, reject him as your mediator.
