I hired James J. Gentile for an estate distribution matter. Communication was inconsistent, timelines changed, and updates often came late. I was told funds would be wired promptly after certain conditions were met, but the wire was not completed by the stated deadline. Overall, I did not feel the process was handled with the urgency or clarity I needed. Also, caused my sister and I to cut ties and is fully aware of our cuurent safety and health condition emergency as we are now RANDOMLY homeless sleeping in our Cars since since the week of X-Mas. His last answer before long MLK weekend: "Go to the emergency room, I don't have your money." New Lawyer is on it now.
