I have tried calling this guy 15 times so far, stopped by his office, sent an email,and yes, I have kept track because, he is so unprofessional. He can not get my Grandmothers estate closed, it has been well over a year, and he can't seem to get it done, file the paper work with the court in a timely manner, or even show up to court. Now my late mother who was the executor of the estate has passed and she keeps getting papers from the court as to nobody showed up at court for the case. all payments have been disbursed, and yet this lawyer still can't seem to get it closed. My Grandmothers lawyer retired and we ended up with David Mikel when he took over for her other lawyer.
