Working with this lawyer was an easy process and he was very professional and respectful. His fee seemed a little high for the charge, but it's 2025 and prices aren't cheap anywhere these days. The only drawback was that we didn't meet until the day of the trial I felt that put me at a great disadvantage as far as not knowing him at all, just meeting him, and I was very, very nervous because of that going into the courtroom. When I showed a little fear and anxiety the judge lashed out at me, which was even more stressful for me. It was awful - she was very mean. But in the end, the charge was reduced to a lesser offense, and I didn't have to go to jail. I paid my fine and costs and went back home with no further requirements from the court.
Our family hired this lawyer to represent a family member in a criminal matter. He was not responsive or communicative about the case. He was trying to represent and make a deal with the prosecutor without having actually talked with and met our family member first.
