William W. Cheeseman, Sr.

Mr. Cheeseman is a rare find when it comes to attorneys. He is honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. He is very direct and solution based. He is selective in his cases and will not represent anyone who is trying to sue just to sue or without just cause. He will also be upfront and tell you if you have a case, or if there is a better way to go about getting your solution. He is attentive and compassionate. If he takes your case, you can be assured he will take care of you and make sure justice is served. We love him!!

If you are not looking for someone who will be straight forward and honest with you (like most offices that only care about their portfolio) do not come here. People seek legal advice as a last resort, however, when it comes to it, this is the first place I would go. Today I sat down for a consultation pertaining a civil matter with Mr. Cheeseman and from the beginning he was prepared. He showed great respect and credibility towards my matter. I had lost every direction I could take in attempt to resolve my issue but even just within the consultation he provided guidance and a viable solution. Lastly, I would like to add that the support from the office is wonderful, very knowledgeable and punctual. I had a pleasant interaction with them and overall this was a very valuable experience.

Direct and easy to understand.

Hired Cheeseman for an issue where our landlord kept all of our deposit which was double the amount legally allowed to charge in the first place! He took our money and had the landlord served...then calls to inform us that he spoke with the other atty and "we were sent a letter itemizing the reasons for keeping our deposit and that he would not represent us". We were unable to find another atty prior to the court date so had to drop it! Learned landlord did none of the "repairs" he claimed!!

Money was used up during covid then cheese man withdrew. This was two weeks before my trial. I had an issue with them filing motions, also objecting to anything I had objections too. Now my kidnapped daughter is most likely going to remain in missouri with the aunt who has her against my the father's will.
