Was hired by my brother to settle my father's estate. We're going on 3+ years now. Father owed nothing. Brother and I aren't fighting over anything. The man in incompetent to say the least. We had a court date set for the beginning of next week. Called the court to see what was going on as I yet again received nothing from Beadle. They said there's no hearing because he didn't petition the court in the time he was given (at least a month). I would not recommend this man to your worst enemy, and believe the bar should revoke anything allowing him to practice law. He's practicing something, just not law. This is a far warning to all, I would look elsewhere.he will not respond to my newly hired attorney. Will not submit anything. This man is a crook.
