Mr. Fraser is a talented guardian who is all-business about handling his affairs. You will get your monthly check like clockwork, and if you have any worries, they will be addressed when you voice your concerns to his law firm. I am becoming more successful while within the tutelage of Mr. Fraser's firm, and I appreciate his helpful demeanor and the courteousness of his staff as well. He does a good job for guardianships. While he isn't too hands-on, the service completes his objectives, and we don't have any complaints. Thank you again!

Mr. Fraser served as Conservator for my mother’s estate and mishandled critical responsibilities. His office made duplicate payments to the guardian and failed to track expenses accurately. He denied receiving objections and communications—even under oath—despite clear evidence that they were sent via email and mail. He recommended mediation to the court, which was ordered, forcing parties to pay a $2,000 retainer and $400/hour, though he never participated. These costly actions resulted from errors by his office. In my experience, Mr. Fraser lacks transparency, avoids accountability, and should not be trusted with fiduciary duties

The attorney Grievence should revoke his License, He theathened me with his sheriff buddies. He was previously an Oakland county sheriff. He sad I know where you live. You better stop trying to get my parent out if this vile persons clutches. Stay away. He was found Guilty of committing fraud on channel 7 news. How is he still stealing peoples assets and money. He got away with murder literaly. There is a God, he will prevail here or in the after life. Stole the family home and threw out everything in a dumpster. Please stay away.

I should point out that we did NOT hire him, as it appears that the only way this guy is getting business is by being appointed by a judge, so reviews don't matter. I just wonder who he paid (or donated to their campaign) to be assigned the right to commit financial rape.

Well, he was my court appointed guardian and immediately started off by insulting my husband. Expecting my husband to just turn the other cheek. He ended up costing a boatload of money, and I don't trust what information was passed on to my next guardian? He was causing red flags from the start, so I ask you to just please be careful with this man

Mr. Fraser was a difficult and non trustworthy lawyer to work with my family. He took monies from my mother's account to pay for other expenses. When I asked about these expenses, Mr. Fraser was argumentative and used bullying tactics. Please NEVER use him for any services.

Thomas Brennan Fraser is a THIEF. He PLUNDERS the ESTATES of those he is entrusted to PROTECT

He doesn't answer register mail from me. I've tried to contact him, his office and they screen his calls and send you to voice mail. I've been trying to close an estate for 2 years and he does nothing. The estate has distributions to 3 charities and he doesn't answer there calls or letter either. DO NOT USE HIM!
