John Charters came with a high recommendation. However, this man was unprepared and EXTREMELY RUDE. He did not read the pertinent information provided, answered other phone calls during our meeting and proceeded to directly yell and swear at me. I would not trust this very disorganized and ill-tempered human.
I did not get my calls returned promptly from Mr. Charters and in my opinion the communication level or experience to handle my case, I was not happy with.
