George failed to recognize that my parents were not mentally competent to sign legal documents. When provided with medical evidence, he ignored the medical records indicating Alzheimer's. He continued to have them sign documents they clearly did not understand. The clients did not speak English, yet George did not provide translation services or provide a clear explanation that they could understand before they signed. They did not give time for my parents to evaluate the language or bring them to someone to translate. The documents produced contained significant gaps in coverage and were open to abuse and exploitation. When asked to correct he refused. He did not adequatly review exisitng legal agreements before amending, leading to additional time and expense to correct.
This attorney cost my company thousands due to improper and deceitful practicing.
