Hired Attorney Mr. Richard Weill

I am appalled that, despite his impressive resume , this attorney failed to sign a retainer and fee agreement with me. He also failed to timely request his attorney's fees from the defendants at a landlord-tenant case at a trial that I won in court. Ironically, Attorney Richard Weill then decided to threaten me with additional attorney's fees citing legal rules, contrary to his previous failure in seeking the same attorney's fees which could have been in my best interest. Please steer clear of this attorney.
