They are just terrible. They were recommended by a friend for my dads probate. It was a very simple will. There were no creditors and few assets. We agreed on a fee in writing but then they charged almost double. There were numerous delays and errors and they even put some random persons name on the disbursement in error causing more delays. Terrible service. They want to do elder law and probate so they can just take advantage of old people and people at the time they are most vulnerable. My Dad is probably rolling in his grave at this service or lack thereof.
