My Expediter hire shawn almost 10month ago He will drag his feet, canceled 8 Meetings with the community for a variance on the property in north philadelphia beware of this man.I'm sure he's taking money as well and not doing the job I wasn't aware he was doing anything for me until I got an email Stating. He was canceling my meeting for the sixth time multiple times after that I asked him stop doing it. I will proceed I'll go do the meetings myself.I need to get this property underway.It's been a year He refuses. To stay away and now he's trying to send me a bill for 5 thousand dollars BEWARE OF THIS GUY HE IS NOOOOO GOOD
