Kim did a fine job with my case, and his knowledge and skills are comparable to other attorneys. {para}However, he tends to overcharge the clients and is not trustworthy. {para}1. Vague retaining letter without hourly rate, hidden charge etc., only to surprise you later with the bill. {para}2. False promise on the estimated cost, bumps it up after you signed the retaining letter. {para}3. Terrible timekeeping, overcharges for phone conversation, response to emails, and commuting to/from the court.
