Mr. O'Neil has been very helpful to my family and I for many years in a very difficult situation and very difficult times. They seem unprepared to me. After reviewing their internet pages and posts, they do not look customer focused. When discussing cases they seem to take a media approach instead of discussing the issues in a way that are constructive. The way they describe others in cases will be the way you will be described should you hire them.

Do not present both sides of the argument clearly when commenting on cases. Their comments on cases seem published to bring attention to their firm instead of providing useful information.
