Most communication done via email. I asked 5 questions in first email reviewing the draft of my will, only one was answered, requiring me to send another email, only one was answered. Rinse, Repeat. One email with 5 questions became multiple emails with replies only responding to one point on the email, therefore running up billable time for each email response. The initial quote of $350 requiring a $500 deposit became a $675 bill because of the lack to reply to an a single email in full.
