About Tracey N. Pate

I am the founding member and Managing Attorney of Disability Associates LLC. 100% of my practice focuses on obtaining disability benefits for Social Security disability clients. I have over 25 years’ experience successfully representing thousands of disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration, the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, the Appeals’ Council and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. I have been qualified as an expert witness in the field of Social Security disability law in the Circuit Court of Maryland and am a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR). I have a passion for people and the law and am energized when I am able to face a challenge head on and arrive at a solution that benefits all parties involved. My personal interests include spending time with my family and rescue animals, traveling, and working with survivors of human sex trafficking through my service with a local outreach group.
