Steven R. Freeman is the managing member of the firm. He earned his B.A. degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts, and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland; the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan; the District of Columbia; and the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia. He is a member of the Maryland State and American Bar Associations.
