Mr Tully was an excellent lawyer. I was stopped in Cumberland, Maryland but lived in West Virginia facing four felony charges. I never met Mr. Tully face to face, I only talked to him on the phone but he was very responsive whenever I called him. I thought the prosecution had dropped the charges, but I found out later the disposition was a stet. I was never convicted and this happened over 6 yrs ago, but it is still on my background checks. I'd be 100% if this came off my record.
Made the worst decision of my life by hiring Mr. Stephen Tulley. Be careful who you choose to defend you, because choices have consequences. Dont do what I did, so choose wisely!
