My experience with this firm was AWFUL!!! I received compensation for my auto injuries, but my God, no one explained the process and I had to constantly call in to find out what was going on. Even then, the responses were vague and which kept me wondering what was going on. A few times I got the impression that I was getting on their nerves by calling. The service was nothing like it was described in their youtube video and on their website. Very disappointing!! Will not use them again.
The Lawyer responded that none of their clients fit the complaint posted last year in October. That is not true, we were represented by this firm for an auto accident. I didn't say that we were paid in October 2012, we were paid and it doesn't matter when. We were not happy with the payout we received period. I stand firm on my comment posted in October 2012. I will NOT use this firm again and NOT recommend it to anyone, final comment!! No need for me to call, don't want to call. Period!
