Hired Attorney Oleg Gherasimov

I had a great collaboration with Mr. Gherasimov. He helped me decide between the different types of US Visa options for me and my family. Once I decided that the E-2 treaty investor visa was the best option for me, he guided me through the entire process. Mr. Gherasimov timely answered my emails and calls and also charged me a very very reasonable fee for his services. Ultimately, my E-2 visa was approved (in Bucharest), and as result, my entire family, wife and children also received dependent

Hired Attorney Oleg Gherasimov

I sought Oleg's assistance and legal counsel for my adjustment of status application. I was looking not only for the best immigraiton attorney in Baltimore, but also for someone who will hear my story and be compassionate. My case was a little complicated, Oleg was very reassuring, explained all steps to be taken, prepared and submitted my application in the most punctual and cooperative manner. He was present at the interview, and my application was approved without any complications. I can't recommend his services enough.

Hired Attorney Oleg Gherasimov

I found Oleg on Avvo and I'm very pleased with his services. I was very stressed with my Green Card process since USCIS had request for more evidence. Oleg heard the same questions many times and have always been there to answer them. Oleg file my documents and sent on July 5th 2017. On July 27th 2017 I had already gotten a response from Immigration saying my Green Card had been approved. I highly recommend Oleg as an Immigration Attorney and will definitely contact him further on when I'm ready

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
