Mr Tully was an excellent lawyer. I was stopped in Cumberland, Maryland but lived in West Virginia facing four felony charges. I never met Mr. Tully face to face, I only talked to him on the phone but he was very responsive whenever I called him. I thought the prosecution had dropped the charges, but I found out later the disposition was a stet. I was never convicted and this happened over 6 yrs ago, but it is still on my background checks. I'd be 100% if this came off my record.

I had The privilege of Being represented by Seigel Tully Sr. In 2017, My charges Was Harsh ,even though I was innocent it didn't look like I was coming home I would give it a 85% chance of a guilty verdict , the deal the state Offerd me I didn't Like so Mr Tully Responded with a counter offer which they denied So Trail It was. I Remember BEING Nervous DUE TO THE FACT HE DIDNT SAY MUCH DURING & AFTER Picking the jury HE LOOKED AT ME FIR 3MIN THDN SAID LISTEN I PROMISED UR DAD ON HIS DYING BED THAT I WAS GOING TO GET U OUT OF THAT HORRIBLE PLACE and THATS WHAT IM GOING TO DO RELAX. The first day of trial the states attorney made me look like an animal I just knew I was Finished for life . Next up was Mr.seigael FROM THE START OF HIS Argument TO THE END I FELT SO RELIEVED I MEAN HE WAS AwesomeWORDS CANT EVEN EXPLAIN . TRIAL RESUMED BACK ON NOV.3RD AFTER HOURS OF DELIBERATING THE VERTIC HAD CAME BACK NOT GUILTY I CRIED ALONG WITH MY FAMILY . I was facing 40 years . HE SAVED ME 🖤🖤🖤🖤

He has concept for his customers. He actually despises his clients and tries his best to get them the worst possible results. The entire reason an injured person hires a WC attorney is to protect them and defend them from being harmed by their employer. He trams up with the employer to sabotage and harm the client. Greedy, corrupt, cold-hearted. He stile HUGE amounts of money from me. He lied to me at every turn and got me the worst result possible. I would have been better off on my own. If you have hired him in the past, contact other attorneys, do your research, file a complaint with the grievance commission and sue him for malpractice. You deserve better.

Injured people, you need to be made aware of a scam corrupt attorneys like Rouhana run against injured workers comp clients. It's a scam where they receive bribes from the opposing attorney to prevent you from suing your employer. So if you are injured at work and you hire Rouhana as your workers comp attorney, Rouhana is not going to want you to sue your employer for negligence because then he will lose you as a client. And your employer is of course not going to want you to sue them. So when you ask Rouhana about potentially suing your employer, he will go to your employer's attorney and work out a secret deal that he will lie to you and prevent you from suing your employer for the right price. So your own attorney and your employer's attorney will team up against you and sabotage you. Rouhana will keep you from getting what is legally yours. He is greedy and dishonest to the core. He does not care about your life. It's crazy that they allow him to keep practicing Law.

It's going on 3 years and my case still isn't settled yet why . Then you switch lawyers on me and not notify me of it very unprofessional Paul you could at least email me or call me out of respect and explain why. Business was handled very unprofessional it's sad

I hired Seigel after I had a part of my body crushed and almost completely amputated due to an injury at work. After my worker's comp case got started I decided I wanted to sue my employer for negligence. The injury completely ruined my life and I believed the injury happened because of my employer's negligence. I thought I could ask Seigel about what I would need to do to sue my employer for millions of dollars. Seigel lied to me and told me it's illegal to sue your employer for negligence in Maryland. He then took the e-mail I sent to him and went to my employer's attorney behind my back and told them I wanted to sue them for negligence. He made an agreement with my employer that he would prevent me from suing them for the right price. This is called bribery and it's illegal. I had no idea this was going on at the time. Seigel lied to me for years and prevented me from suing my employer and unfortunately I thought I could trust him. He got me barely any money and ruined me.

Arrogant and unethical. Dishonest and corrupt. I was deceived and robbed. I was lied to for the entire case. He sabotages his clients. He is the reason this profession has a bad reputation. Don't hire him. If you already hired him, fire him now. You deserve so much better.
