Injured people, you need to be made aware of a scam corrupt attorneys like Rouhana run against injured workers comp clients. It's a scam where they receive bribes from the opposing attorney to prevent you from suing your employer. So if you are injured at work and you hire Rouhana as your workers comp attorney, Rouhana is not going to want you to sue your employer for negligence because then he will lose you as a client. And your employer is of course not going to want you to sue them. So when you ask Rouhana about potentially suing your employer, he will go to your employer's attorney and work out a secret deal that he will lie to you and prevent you from suing your employer for the right price. So your own attorney and your employer's attorney will team up against you and sabotage you. Rouhana will keep you from getting what is legally yours. He is greedy and dishonest to the core. He does not care about your life. It's crazy that they allow him to keep practicing Law.

It's going on 3 years and my case still isn't settled yet why . Then you switch lawyers on me and not notify me of it very unprofessional Paul you could at least email me or call me out of respect and explain why. Business was handled very unprofessional it's sad

Arrogant and unethical. Dishonest and corrupt. I was deceived and robbed. I was lied to for the entire case. He sabotages his clients. He is the reason this profession has a bad reputation. Don't hire him. If you already hired him, fire him now. You deserve so much better.

I thought I could just ask my attorney questions and get honest answers because that is what ethical business people do. If you ask Rouhana a question that he doesn't like, he just lies. He does not care if the lie completely ruins your life. He feels entitled to your money and does not think he has to earn your business. He throws temper tantrums if he doesn't like a question you ask or just ignores you or lies. He works hard to get you the least amount of medical treatment possible and the least amount of money possible. He convinces his clients they have to accept almost zero money because that is the way the law is. It's not true. He makes back room deals with opposing attorneys, doctors and insurance companies and harms his clients on purpose. If he thinks he can get away with something unethical, he will do it in a second. He simply does not care about anyone but himself.

If you hire Paul Rouhana like I did, he will not ever answer a question directly and honestly. And if you continue to try to just get an honest answer to your question, he will get angry and start yelling at you. The reason attorneys have a bad reputation as a profession is because of attorneys like Paul Rouhana. Once you hire him he feels that he owns you and you no longer get to make any decisions about your case. He used to work for big insurance companies and when an injured employee hires him, he works with his friends in the insurance business to make shady deals that harm his clients and make him richer. Hiring this attorney will be one of the biggest mistakes you will make.

Almost every time we communicated he lied and deceived. My life is much worse because he represented me. I was treated like I am not human. I could not believe how unprofessional he was. He has very little experience. Everything he did helped the opposing party and hurt me. Communication was awful. I do not recommend this attorney at all.
