EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND EMPLOYMENT LAW

Mr. Mosson is an Employee Rights and Employment Law Attorney. He focuses on representing employees in claims of illegal discrimination, retaliation, disability rights violations, wrongful termination and owed wages. He prosecutes legal claims under the Americans for Disabilities Act, Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Family Medical Leave Act; concerning age, gender, national origin and race discrimination; Maryland’s wage and discrimination laws, unemployment benefits, and under Maryland common law. DIVORCE AND FAMILY LAW

Mr. Mosson handles many family matters by one-time consultation, out-of-court negotiations, as well as limited-scope representation for matters along the way. A limited scope representation might involve helping someone handle only a settlement conference, protective order hearing, drafting a separation agreement, parenting plan, marital-property-settlement agreement, or handle some specific legal event.

Mr. Mosson provided exceptional assistance with my appeal after I was initially denied Maryland unemployment benefits. His knowledge of applicable case law and persuasive arguments successfully convinced the hearing officer to overturn the prior determination and award the unemployment benefits I deserved. One cannot stress how important it is to have someone who is well-versed in legal affairs when one is facing a legal matter. When my divorce case started, I was in a bad place with almost all odds against me - I was financially limited, i did not have proper access to my child and I even thought that the law was against me to some extent.
