Someone on the bench or perhaps in the court, needs to teach this judge what the word FRAUD means !!!!! She denies a motion without granting at least a hearing to hear the evidence already confirmed by a government official with the city of Alexandria that a trustee is associated with a business operating without a license!!!! Biased is her middle name!!! This trustee swore an oath with her own court last July which was broken because this trustee is an employee connected with this same business which has no license nor has it paid any tax to the local government of city of Alexandria for close to 3 years !!! No trustee per trust law can be a party to a criminal enterprise such as this !!! I strongly believe that her imprudent decision was done as a favor to protect the trustee!!! Pure unadulterated injustice through and through !!!
