Hired Attorney

Martha is a feckless careerist in the Baltimore area. She accepted a totally flawed draft of a Settlement Agreement proposed by opposing counsel and made no edits. She left me to edit the document. I'm not an attorney and did not see until after the fact all the errors in the original draft. She came to a trial unprepared for the economic portion of the matter. She cares more about her relationship with the judges, Masters, and opposing attorneys than she does about her client. Steer clear of Martha White. She completely failed me and my daughter with shoddy practices that violate the norms of her profession. She vastly overpriced at half her normal fee rate.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
