Levin & Gann, P.A. originated in 1914 with the establishment of the practice by Ellis Levin. In the 1960's, after Mr. Levin's death, the Firm began to diversify. While Stanford G. Gann, Sr. carried on the Firm's litigation tradition, directing a growing business and trial practice, Calman A. Levin, son of Ellis Levin, set the foundation for the Firm's estates and trust practice.

Hired Attorney Lee Eidelberg

I intially chose Mr. Eidelberg for 2 reasons: after calling various attorneys around the area, he was the only one that actually spoke to me (vs. an assistant) & also took over 30 minutes on the phone to discuss w/ me about my entire situation. Also, he seemed very knowledgeable about the scenario & associated laws. ON court date, he represented me extremely well, cross-examining the officer in the most stringent of ways. I highly recommend Mr. Eidelberg for any traffic charges that you incur.

The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
