He has concept for his customers. He actually despises his clients and tries his best to get them the worst possible results. The entire reason an injured person hires a WC attorney is to protect them and defend them from being harmed by their employer. He trams up with the employer to sabotage and harm the client. Greedy, corrupt, cold-hearted. He stile HUGE amounts of money from me. He lied to me at every turn and got me the worst result possible. I would have been better off on my own. If you have hired him in the past, contact other attorneys, do your research, file a complaint with the grievance commission and sue him for malpractice. You deserve better.

I hired Seigel after I had a part of my body crushed and almost completely amputated due to an injury at work. After my worker's comp case got started I decided I wanted to sue my employer for negligence. The injury completely ruined my life and I believed the injury happened because of my employer's negligence. I thought I could ask Seigel about what I would need to do to sue my employer for millions of dollars. Seigel lied to me and told me it's illegal to sue your employer for negligence in Maryland. He then took the e-mail I sent to him and went to my employer's attorney behind my back and told them I wanted to sue them for negligence. He made an agreement with my employer that he would prevent me from suing them for the right price. This is called bribery and it's illegal. I had no idea this was going on at the time. Seigel lied to me for years and prevented me from suing my employer and unfortunately I thought I could trust him. He got me barely any money and ruined me.

Just an all around miserable person to work with. It is not possible for this man to tell the truth. He is not the kind of guy you want to trust with your injury or your money. He intentionally hides your rights from you. He makes deals with doctors and the opposing attorney behind your back. He wants to rush you through the process as quickly as possible and get his clients the least amount of money possible. It is shocking to witness an individual who is supposed to be a professional behaving in such a blatantly unethical and cold-hearted way to his customers. He trains his whole staff to lie on a daily basis. I can not believe I allowed myself to be deceived by this con artist.

He does not see his clients as people. He just sees them as dollar signs. He ignores e-mails and phone calls. Does not discuss anything with his clients. He makes decisions for you without your permission. He could not tell the truth if he tried. He lied to my face every time we spoke. He got me the lowest settlement possible and refused to attend my hearings.

The most corrupt and unethical individual I have ever experienced. I will never recover from the damage he did to my life. I hired him for an injury and I was lied to, ignored and sabotaged every step of the way.

This attorney makes a living by taking advantage of hard working, blue collar, uneducated workers. His clients think they can trust a professional when in reality he intentionally sabotages his clients. He has such a bad reputation in the business that he is desperate for clients. So desperate that there is no amount of lying he won't do to keep you as a client. I can honestly say hiring this man was the single biggest mistake of my life. He is not only the most unethical, corrupt attorney I have ever experienced, but the most unethical, corrupt human being I have ever met. If he doesn't like a question you ask, he just refuses to answer. He trains his entire staff to be this way. Lawyers are supposed to explain things clearly and tell you what your rights are. This attorney keeps his clients from knowing their rights. He was rude and got the lowest settlement possible. I can not say enough how much I do not recommend this attorney or any of the attorney's at his firm.

Hiring Mr Seigel was the number one worst decision of my life. Because I had him as my attorney, my life is permanently destroyed. Mr Seigel and his partner Mr Rouhana lied to me over and over and over again. Not only did I have the opposing side working against me, but my own attorney was working against me too. He intentionally kept statute of limitations secret from me. He intentionally kept the law and my rights hidden from me. He deceived me into accepting a horrible outcome to my case. He is the most unprofessional and rude attorney I have ever spoken to. He is extremely difficult to communicate with because he barely responds to e-mails or phone calls. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!
