Hired Law Firm

I continue to be impressed and grateful for this team of family law attorneys. I recently hired Mr. Borchers for a child support modification case (Mr. Erdman assisted me initially in 2019). It was an incredibly tight turnaround time, with complexities. Mr. Borchers and the team got right to work, were transparent about potential outcomes and guided me through all steps to prepare for the hearing. In court, Mr Borchers was both professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. This whole process was quite stressful and overwhelming to me at first, but Mr. Borchers made it much easier and less stressful. I believe if I did not have Mr. Borchers as my attorney, my evidence and circumstances would not have been successfully communicated. I highly recommend this firm for any and all family law matters.

Hired Attorney Kristine Kappeler Howanski

Not impressed at all. I went in with a friend of mine about a family law issue. Maybe she should humble herself to do a pro Bono here and there. She had a huge poster of herself in room despite it was decades old. Didn't sound trustworthy by statements she made. Oh not too many can afford me. Quote unquote. She's well over her prime. Those days are gone

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
