I retained this firm to assist me in vacating a default judgment that was entered due to improper service. Rather than focusing on my strongest arguments, they chose to drag out the process and exploit the situation for profit. I paid over $20,000 for work that, in hindsight, I could have effectively completed myself using modern legal AI tools. The firm was disorganized, demonstrated little expertise in this area of law, and failed to deliver meaningful results. It became clear that my case was outside their core competency—something that should have been disclosed upfront. Instead, they accepted the case, likely for the financial gain, without genuinely engaging with the merits or believing in the facts I provided. Their conduct reflects a lack of professionalism and integrity. Had they been honest about their limitations or intentions, I would have sought alternative representation. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and financially burdened.
