I have used the service of this firm for over 8 years. As a rule I do not trust an attorney but, I trust these attorneys with my life! The are honest & truthful and will fight to the end for you!!
I had used Frank Jr. (Bo) many times for small business matters, and he is always available, sharp as a tack, and gets straight to the point. I recently had some legal trouble personally, and he supported me 100% throughout the ordeal, keeping me calm, and assuring me I would be fine. I was facing 10 years in jail with $15,000 in fines, and walked away due to his expertise and knowledge in the field. I would recommend him to anyone, as he was recommended to me by another business owner.
During a tough time in my life, Mr. Boozer not only represented me, but also pointed me in the direction of counseling to get my life back on track.

I used Bo Boozer for my DUI defense. Bo failed to do any preparation for my case, he clearly did not know the details of my case when I asked him about specifics, and didn't bother asking my account of the story. He didn't even bother to get the police report from the States Attorney. Rather than pleading down the charges, I fired him and hired a new attorney who easily had the charges dismissed. Bo admitted to me he had 300 active cases. He is clearly a Quantity, NOT Quality lawyer.
I would not recommend Frank Boozer Jr. He rarely returned my calls. At the child custody trial, he failed to counter many of the erroneous claims made by the other lawyer. He would not allow me to present evidence of neglect. Frank told the judge: "he seems like a nice guy." (I was attacked by my ex 5 times) My ex took advantage of me and my family, was never on time to pick up my daughter, often never showed up and got away with it all. What's worse, I won't receive a dime in child support.
Mr. Boozer did not have our best interests in mind when representing us. The level of professional conduct was nonexistent. Phone calls were rarely, if ever returned even when there was once an emergency. There was actually a conflict of interest that Mr. Boozer did not identify which continually interfered with us being represented properly.
