Mr. James Benjamin Smith

I received a speeding citation not for speeding but being in the wrong place in Georgia, about a month before my court date, I received several attorneys service cards, attorney James B Smith was one of them, I contacted the other attorney and his price was nearly $700, and his views were lackluster, I contacted James b Smith, spoke with a young lady and she explained to me exactly what was going to happen how much it would cost and what I should expect, I received everything that she said was going to happen. I paid less than $500, they took care of the citation, I did not have to travel from South Carolina back to Georgia it was a win for me, I hope I never have to use any type of services like this again but if I do, attorney James b Smith will be my first call I make.

My mother passed 16 Dec 2023. Smith typed up and filed her and her husband's Will. Ken Kraysha and Glenda.Kraysha, in their will they listed Angela Monboquette as their daughter.... A BLATANT LIE. A. Momboquette was Glendas granddaughter, Ken's step grand daughter. So there was a game changing LIE on both wills. This trashbag supposed attorney knew this was the case therefore a complaint t to the Georgia BAR is being filed. It's now 18 Feb not one family member to date has contacted me regarding her death and creamation.... Angela Monboquette, My Daughter, a liar, a cheat and a.thief.... we PRAY PSALMS 109 for Mr James smith, and as for Angela, greed.... stole inheritance.... this thug lying attorney knowi guy, willingly and intentionally files falsified information on a will, therefore eliminating the true next of Ken, Glendaz Sole.surviving son as per ocga 31.21.7. This attorney is better fitted wrapped up in a dump trucks dual rear wheels. DO NOT HIRE THIS BAR member....

Useless typical lying attorney, doesn't hesitate to file docs in court with blatant lies and misleading statements... NOT an honorable individual, disturbing BRITISH ACCREDITED REGISTER member BAR... this is the cool thing ask this clown to produce his STATE LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW.... in the state of Georgia.... he doesn't have one, he only has a STATE BAR license, BAR, British ACCREDITED Register.... State BAR license is NOT A GEORGIA STATE LICENCE TO PRACTICE LAW. Mr Smith seemed to know what he was doing at the visit when we paid him. After that everything changed. He doesn’t return phone calls or emails. He is not organized. I had to send documents over and over because he said he didn’t have them. All the Google reviews are the same as my review. The only good review was from his employee. I have used him twice and he has only gotten worse. I am going to have to hire another lawyer to see what he is doing with our case. Very D

Working with Mr Smith is like flying blind. He doesn’t communicate about the case or progress. He never returned my phone calls even though his receptionist promised me he would. He never returned any emails. He waited until the last minute to request documents and I know that I had sent him the documents earlier. His office is unorganised and rude at times. He did get one good review on Google but that was from his employee. If you need a lawyer that you don’t have to check up on then he is NOT your guy.
