A case certainly out of the ordinary what I admired most about Sara McAvoy is that first I had to prove I had a case. That I had evidence to back up my story - allegations. She had to FIRST believe she could actually have a successful verdict BEFORE she accepted my retainer fee. Out of the usual as normally attorneys take your retainer fee to later let you know that you have no case or one that cannot have a successful outcome when your funds depleted. Would have been nice to know and understand that early on. I highly recommend Sara McAvoy. Whether I had won or lost I always felt I was getting the best representation at a reasonable and worthy cost.

Mr. McAvory has been an attorney for many years giving him experience and knowledge in the court room.
In my Divorce/custody case I found her at first to be knowledgeable, and the attorney I needed as my child's future was at stake as well. Time proved Sara as someone who appeared to be working for opposing counsel with not only her words but actions. McAvoy proved untrustworthy. 30 years in practice, but sudden and obvious feigning ignorance to Missouri laws and statutes. Step by step working against her own client. Rude over the phone and asked me to sign documents I absolutely would never sign, stating it would be changed later. Asked her to see through false claims having no merit, for my child's sake. She refused to even look at proof in case as Sara was swayed by other sides false claims, with obvious purposeful intent to harm her own client through her actions . Not same attorney whom I had hired. I asked her to step down, due to her unethical behavior. I watched it lit on fire and burned. I highly reccomend Sara to masochists.
After overhearing Sarah McCavoy hold court at a local bar, I was stunned, not by her legal brilliance, but by the venom and ignorance she spewed without hesitation. In my opinion, anyone so eager to broadcast such ugly views in public is showing you exactly who they are. If that’s what she’s like off the clock, I can only imagine how she treats clients and opponents. For me, it was an easy decision: I’d never let someone like that anywhere near my legal matters.
