Hired Law Firm

Unprofessional. Unethical. When client complained about an issue within the CT code of ethics, client was blamed for problem, never addressed personally, and ultimately fired. Firm holds itself out as capable of doing Estate Administration yet is ignorant of law which was passed 9 months ago. Repeated attempts to resolve a problem with one of the partners went unaddressed. This partner was sarcastic, and verbally abusive to the client.
