Stan is very detail oriented which was critical in our case against LA County for damage that they caused to our home. He prepared and presented a solid case based on the technical facts. He was responsive and worked well with us and our experts.......and best of all.....we won!
Stan has been my attorney for 25 years. I'm in court a lot (I'm a high volume REO broker) but I've never lost with Stan, and I couldn't be happier with his service. I can't count how many times I've been in court for one of my bank clients, wishing I had Stan. He's extremely sharp. And a total professional. Stan and his assistants were always available to answer my questions. We settled my case in my favor and I spent much less than I had been led to believe was necessary by other attorneys. Several other attorneys which I'd consulted were rather condescending and approached my case as if they were doing me a favor by taking my fees. However, my experience with Stan and his team was by far the most pleasant legal experience I've had and I highly recommend him in all matters regarding real estate.
