My firm's focus is on Civil Litigation with an emphasis on Family Law. I represent individuals from all walks of life regarding their legal issues related to Marital Dissolution Actions, including, but not limited to, Child Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support, Attorney Fees, Valuation and Division of Real Estate, Businesses and Investments.

We also assist people in Civil Litigation cases involving bodily injury in car accidents, motorcycle accidents and slip and fall cases.

My Litigation experience has included successful representation of individuals in Family Law. I have handled over 23 Criminal and Civil jury trials and well over 260 Divorce trials. My emphasis in the practice of law is to help individuals successfully resolve their legal problems. I pride myself in being able to analyze individuals' needs and concerns in order to develop a plan for success. I also provide mediation services in Family Law matters, and, as part of my affiliation with "A Better Divorce: A Group of Collaborative Law Professionals," provide an alternative way of approaching divorce.

Hired Attorney David K. Yamamoto

My Ex & I had a different attorney handle our divorce. That attorney's work did not produce the divorce we desired. Mr. Yamamoto corrected errors in the divorce. My Ex and I were very pleased with our experience and the results.
