We came to learn - after the fact - that much of the "work" he was doing was simply paper shuffling for billable hours. In the latter stages of our case, we were given 3 days to respond to a settlement offer made by the courts. Our attorney responded by mail on the third day, the very same day the court put our house up for sale.
