Warren Kleiner is a real estate lawyer with a broad practice in commercial, leasing and residential real estate and a specialty in condominium law. He primarily represents condominium corporations and development projects, as well as commercial real estate clients. He assists condominium boards and management companies, reviewing governing documents and contracts. He also advises on liens and proceedings involving problematic owner-condominium relationships, and all matters relating to the Condominium Act, 1998. He is at the forefront of emerging areas such as government regulation and de-regulation and privacy issues affecting his clients and the industry-at-large. Warren is committed to keeping his clients up to date with the evolving state of condominium law and is the editor and a regular contributor to Miller Thomson's Let's Talk Condo newsletter. He is also a frequent writer for the Real Estate News and has authored several articles on condominium related topics for other industry publications. He has lectured at the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Toronto Condo Show and at various CCI and ACMO seminars. Warren was also an instructor for the bar admission course real estate section.
